- Must be around PG rated, Please No Hentai
- You must have used a graphic program to make your designs
- There can’t be anything stolen or any duplications of another site’s graphics or content
- Your site must be anime/game/graphic/Jrock related. No Shrines, Fan listings, Blogs or Personal Sites
- You must update your site AT LEAST once a month, inactive sites shouldn't be online.
- Must be a domain or sub domain, exceptions could be made if your site is good enough, geocities is a no no
- Put "Requiem” of" Before your name
- Your site doesn't HAVE to have a lot of content/graphics. We prefer Quality over Quantity ^_^
- You must keep in contact with us at least once a week, tag board, e-mail or msn. We want to become friends with all affiliates ^_-
- You must comment on an update or post a tag on the tag board!
- This site is owned by both Isikiz and Takita, you MUST respect that fact and treat us both with respect.
- If you do not receive an e-mail back within 1 week, it means you are rejected, please reapply after 2 weeks if you still want to affiliate
- We have the right to delete you anytime, please do not harass us when we do delete or reject you, hope you understand! ^_^
